一位好的生產管理企劃師(PC)，物料管理企劃師(MC)是製造的靈魂人物，其重要性不言而喻。


美國生產及存貨控制協會(簡稱APICS)列舉十項好的企劃師應具備的特質如下：

數字觀念良好–數量導向

掌握真相–瞭解數字後面的意義


    3.      Cool Under Pressure
           

冷靜，臨危不亂


    4.      Flexible–Looks for Ways to Do the Impossible
           

彈性–尋找方法將不可能變成可能


    5.      Problem Solver Rather than Fire Fighter
           

解決問題而不光是救火


    6.      Disciplined–Keeps Data Maintained, Insists On Accuracy
           

有條理–維持正確、及時的資料


    7.      Assertive Makes Things Happen
           

堅定–確定事情可以完成

良好的溝通者
